sell better follow me buy China stocks. Cheaper than Frontkn in fact half or 1/3 Frontkn price. Like Frontkn most don't have dividend except Xinghe. You can get free warrant buying them but not Frontkn. Among those I can recommend are Msports, XDL, Kanger, etc.

Cessation of direct interest arising from disposal by Dr Hohnloser of 290,991,473 Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each ("Shares") to CP Asia Holding GmbH pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 20 March 2015 ("SPA"). The purchase price for the Shares is in total EUR14,000,000 (approximately RM54,845,800) or RM0.189 per Share.

I referred to Frontkn's stock chart, Frontkn closing share price from March 16 to April 6 was at
0.18. Since then it started to move up never looked back.
The SPA was done on 20 March 2015 at the price 0.189. This means the seller has made a gain of 0.09 sen per share.
The stock moves up must be based on its good values anticipated or analysed by the professional buyers after the transaction.
Then it should not be an issue when it was announced the transaction.
But the timing of the announcement that created confusion and panic to most speculators who have bought the stock at a very much higher price.

Based on the posting by YiStock then Frontkn should be a good stock to invest in and has very high potential to make good substantial gain in a very near future and long term.

Answer to question 1

a. Borrowing = as the share being transferred to GMBH, it's possible for GMBH to PUMP CASH by loan/advance to Frontken(there will be an appreciation in RM when malaysia economic is recovered will benefit to GMBH) ,

but it doesn't look good as it affect the gearing level and performance of frontken unless they managed to borrowing obtain with cheap interest

b. Current cash possition is sufficient for working capital , i think it's not sufficient for frontken to make huge acqusition.

c Private placement / Right issue

Answer to question 2
a. the company your mention in have good profit , existing owner(the company) and frontken owner = same guy !

I think how to fund Fronkten at the moment ...to me is quite a secondary issue and should not a big concern to the investors here as the company comes directly under the German parent Corporate..namely CP Asia vs an individual aka Dr Jorg..formerly . ..As u may know Cleanpart came under some corporate MBO through the participating of DBAG ( German ) , partly the reason given was the family dispute like some mentioned before ..throwing towels and that ..Anyway a succession plan is put in place in Cleanpart and it is highlighted as one of the key points of Cleanpart MBO.. Once the issue is over or settled..I believe Dr Jorg who is representing both Cleanpart and CP Aisa...would look seriously into Asia....with some aggressive actions...like what Nanyang did report.. ...Currently they could be eyeing for some good assets in Asia to be acquired .... These would bring rather some medium and long term benefits to Fronkten and its shareholders .....All we hope for is something like Inari or Vs Industry at an appropriate stage...somewhere in the future ...Regards

@Yun Kai: I think I hv too short to clarified the question no2 and some misunderstanding there. Actually what i mean is what kind of comapny will let (frontkn + CPAsia) eaten up. Because from the understanding what Frontkn mention on the news(nanyang) they trying to acquire OnG related field company in Australia ....and few of company now in their list.

This make me think about some big money injected into this frontkn.

YunKai I like the answer of German CP, 28% ownership to pump more money to expand hor. To many hor, this is an opportunity for GmbH be oz hor ringgit so weak it is dirty cheap hor to invest here. Moreover it is also strategic because hor company is in Malaysia where OnG got opportunity, at same same time hor manufacturing company is in Taiwan giving order to local company
