Based on macd chart, the price should be rebound tomorrow but depending on selling pressure by contra was overdue or margin call

According to HOA to buy Techninier, the 35% of Techninier equity purchase consideration is 90 million Ringgit, to be satified by issuing new Macpie shares to the vendor. If say issuing price is at 30 sen only, then Macpie has to issue 300 millions new shares, which amounting to almost 32% of Macpie total issued shares of 918 million shares.
Is this deal sensible at the current Macpie share prices at 30.5 sen ???

Yes i agree to py1818 that the "operator" cost is very little around 10-15 sen only. Their dumping and throwing the prices down will jeopardise the proposed Techninier deal. Will the board or company not responding to rescue or doing something to support the values of their shares?

@Anisdesanika.. Never happen in my life involved in stock market for decades warrant got negative premium more than 50%. This has triggered me to buy warrant as much as I can. In hope the warrant eventually go up and close the big gap from mother. But for. the time I'm writing, I hv made a big mistake. To make it worse, I still believe in its warrant..
