On behalf of the Board of Directors of KGB ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities") wishes to announce that the Board has on 9 July 2018 fixed the issue price for 1,100,000 KGB Shares (“Placement Share(s)”), representing the fourth tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.78 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately RM0.0567 or 6.78% to the five (5)–day volume weighted average market price of KGB Shares up to and including 6 July 2018 of RM0.8367 per KGB Share.

In addition, TA Securities wishes to annouce that Public Investment Bank Berhad had on 5 July 2018 been appointed by KGB as the joint placement agent in relation to the Private Placement.

This announcement is dated 9 July 2018.

between good, there are slower and faster. I keep this for long term but performance wise, this very slow that others i hold.

Hopefully another good qtr will attract more vol.

Kelington Group Bhd has bagged several new orders worth RM55 million, boosting total new orders secured to RM236 million year-to-date, from RM181 million previously.

The contracts are expected to be completed by the second and fourth quarter of 2019 respectively.

KGB main biz at china and co2 project locally. I no idea it relate to gov contract.

But sellling at 88c is good but it can go up above 52w high over 90c soon. Jst need to post 4m and thats it.

as expected...but sentimen now quite bad across the board. Only counters index link up..the rest longkang even QR got profit. Not surprice if tomorrow, this one olso down.. ..

if u look at the trend of so many stock at klse...most of the time..some parties olready got insider information few hours before KLSE release an annuncement.. I guess..shark got insider informer..u know la asian..bribery is the way of doing things here....huhuhu.
