I just cannot fathom revenue reported in the latest quarter 21 millions and yet reported 20 millions losses. Is the accounting done correctly in the previous quarters? If not, why not explain to investors the cause for such big gap?
The disposal of lands should be reduced the loan and borrowing. Yet, the loan never seems reduce at all. This is a proof of mismanagement of cash flow. F&B's revenue is 24m and losses RM16m. I believe there is not an accounting treatment adjustment, all losses are genuinely reflected the management is even worse than the previous one. If Q1'15 GOB did not dispose that piece of land, this counter will be trading at 20-30 sen.
I know its da'men disposal will allow GOB reap one off profit, but GOB core business now lack of new property development project and its food and beverage continue incur even higher loss, dragging its overall performance.....prompting me to cut loss first, swap to other stocks while awaiting for GOB one off gain in Da'men to materialize in next q result.
Yes, I agreed with you about all the disposal of GOB will reap one off profit, and I foresee the disposal of Da'men will not materialize this financial year. Several conditions are yet to fulfill and current occupancy of Da'men is less than 70% even past week visit. The loan and borrowing was something that disappointed me. Beginning of the year, they had disposed a piece of land and use the proceed to repay the bank borrowing. However, the loan is kept increasing nearly RM50mil. Then I really do not know the reason on the previous disposal and current disposal of land in BK.
Actually, the most important is for consistent deliver earning, but GOB seem lack of new property development after completion da'men mall and residence, and it's diversify into food and beverage even worsening, continue incur loss.....
Unbelievably good set of quarterly results - just trading at 45 cents........what a good "tiu"....honestly, i nearly shit in my pants - reminds me of the feeling when you have your first sex....
Wah - this company - even Warren Buffett will cry at night - for missing the opportunity of a lifetime to buy....Eyes see also nearly buta. Blinded by the very good results ... must be blessed by Choy San Yeh (God of Prosperity).
The highly profitable F&B Business - especially the GrandMama is close to selling Ham Ngap Tan (Salty Duck Egg) - reflects management's noble intention to build besar besar punya "LongKang" to enrich shareholder's wealth. - i mean - wealth transfer from shareholders to others.....
Heard that Da'Mein is fully tenanted and fully jammed with shoppers during CNY - no empty parking lots and car park always full - full sampai double park, triple park or worst still - the cars parked on top of one another - like tortoise having sex - humping one another - cars jam sampai tengah tengah jalan - city council have to tow kereta. Sure no problem to get RM488M (see got "8" "8" at the back - feng shui mah - even selling price must reflect "8" "8" for good Feng Shui) and can easily meet the conditions imposed by Pavillion REIT.
GOB empire is growing from strength to strength from day to day. Down south at Penang, got Batu Kawan - 100% owned by GOB. I heard they started building lots of high end houses - each at RM500K at Batu Kawan - the next growth engine. Low land cost - high selling price = huge profit margin...
GOB keep on accumulating good landbank...like the dunno where punya 100++ acres land near Lumut - i heard sorrounding land prices at Lumut - more than RM300 per square feet - so, GOB got a very good deal here..."tiu" of a lifetime.....coupled with the BK land...easily translate into high EPS - applying a PE of just 6, this stock should worth more than Rm 2 bucks...if TP cannot reach 2 bucks....can touch yourself in between your legs and scratch your two balls .....
Healthy net operating cash flows, lots of good landbank like Lumut Land, BK Land, Seri Kembangan Land, this land and that land , world class business leader, at RM0.45 - this is a steal of a lifetime...i don't understand why wanna rob the bank when you can easily get rich by buying GOB~!!!
Ohhh...no problem ....give you 1 lot of Sumatec shares...good potential..good and honest management ....sure win one.. Ok? Just like me...very honest guy with good future...also handsome and well build like Rain from South Korea or like Christian Bale from Batman ...
Hi sorry to interrupted but my guess is jolin is a guy with 17 inch bicep coz where got one pretty girl would say " Hi boys, my name is Lai Chi Pet !! " :-)
For those of you who originally invested in GOB for Batu Kawan investment like me, YI-LAI is the alternative Batu Kawan property play as written here: http://klse.i3investor.com/blogs/rhb/92612.jsp
As a matter of full disclosure, I have invested in YI-LAI and GOB shares.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
