its good to see that its well mantained near 615-630. bought some lots at 595 for quite some time now. awaiting more volume to break the 635 level. the eps for this counter is very encouraging together with low pe
The quarterly results will be out quite soon...based on my understanding of this company, this will be a good quarter.
About the sales of Da'mein, now is a good time to see whether management really cares for their shareholders. If they really care for their shareholders, then, we should expect to see 4 to 5 cents dividends. If not, then, i am really not motivated to keep this counter for long term. Once i make about 20% to 30% gains, i will hive off half of my holdings and buy other counters instead.
Bloody hell, when they have no money for Da'mein, they ask for rights. Now, after selling Da'mein, they don't wanna give dividends.
Let us be patient and wait for GOB's board to decide if they are going to pay dividend or not after successful disposal of De'men and collected cash of at least 80%. I would be pleased if the Board can at least pay 5 sen dividend to please shareholders who have had supported the rights issue. Further, GOB has not be paying dividend for very long time and this is time to do so to boost up the share price and ego of the company. What is your view?
I wouldn't expect so much, cause this is company since after so many years then just plan to start giving dividend... 1st time dividend already expect so much... 4/63= 6.3 % dividend....doesn't it too high dividend ?
HLG Research assign a near term target of 74 sen based on technical analysis citing a bullish continuous ascending triangle breakout soon at 71 sen. Longer term target is set 78.5 sen per its analysis.
the problem is that, when there are so many people that are afraid, and just one or two bid up price, they are already terrified, and they quickly sell... this make the price movement slower than it should. this is all broker's fault because they are offering so much lower brokerage...
No lar...what he is trying to say is that low brokerage fees encouraged high frequency trades ...so, people just take profits and leave - not motivated to stay on that long with a counter...
.....thinking of Bandar Malaysia is too not pratical, I thinks imagine of selling Damen mall of value approx. 500 millions is more pratical. Now GOB market value even just around 250 millions only.
