（吉隆坡5日讯）贝利赛（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服组）债务风暴越演越烈，涉及提供该公司贷款的3家大马银行业者恐被波及，其中兴业银行（RHBBANK，1066，主板金融组）和大马银行（AMBANK，1015，主板金融组）或需在接下来财报中作出拨备。

联昌研究预计，这可能对兴业银行2016年全年净利带来4.6%冲击及大马银行2017年第三季净利受冲击6.3%。

马来亚银行已拨备
影响轻微

至于马来亚银行（MAYBANK，1155，主板金融组）已作出部份拨备，料影响轻微。

联昌研究指出，贝利赛共负债4亿2000万新元（约12亿7000万令吉），包括1亿2500万新元（约3亿7700万令吉）债券。若不包括其债券负债，其总贷款大约企于2亿9500万新元（约8亿8800万令吉）。

目前共有8家银行为该公司提供贷款，分别是星展银行（DBS）、华侨银行（OCBC）、大华银行（UOB）、马来亚银行、兴业银行、大马银行、法国巴黎银行及法国外贸银行等。

8银行提供贷款

由于该公司债券违约，上述银行必须重新检视对贝利赛的贷款曝险。为了谨慎起见，一些银行可能会对相关贷款进行拨备。

尽管如此，联昌油气领域分析员认为贝利赛债券违约，对银行的贷款产生重大冲击可能性很小。

虽然各大银行拒绝透露对贝利赛贷款的具体数字，但假设8间银行贷款数目都一样，则每间银行平均曝险3700万新元（1亿1150万令吉）。

按此数目推算，如果大马3家银行都对这笔贷款进行拨备，对马来亚银行冲击最少，因为部份贷款已经在上半年拨备，但预料会冲击兴业银行2016年全年净利4.6%，大马银行2017年第三季6.3%。

从整体领域拨备情况看，以上3家银行总拨备为3亿3450万令吉，也只仅仅推高截至8月杪银行领域毛拨备贷款率2个基点至1.68%。

联昌认为，银行领域贷款损失拨备在2016年上升至高峰期，符合该行预测的总减值贷款比将于今年第四季或2017年首季见顶。2017年全年贷款拨备率料小幅上升，甚至可能会下滑，从而带动2017年银行净利成长。

基于2017年会有较佳展望及估值诱人，联昌仍给予银行业“加码”评级，回教银行（BIMB,5258,主板金融组）为该行首选。

钻油前景黯淡
贝利赛或终止胜利海事合约

另外，基于贝利赛严峻的财政处境及钻油领域前景黯淡，华侨银行表示该公司有可能会终止向新加坡上市公司胜利海事（SEMCORP）订造的两部钻油设施。

华侨银行在对客户发出报告中表示，此两部设施总值4亿1950万新元（约12亿6269令吉），若胜利海事完全注销该笔订单的话，预料将会对该公司的每股价值产生0.06新元的冲击。

胜利海事是贝利赛债券违约后，最新一条被殃及的“池鱼”。

Yup, I realize transaction cost loss for batch hold at average cost holding 7.61+, that sold at 7.65, but recoup back profit for batch held at cost holding 7.50 under contra period sold at 7.61. The net is still reap some small profit, but, more important is able to free up capital for next hunting.
