Maybank: Maybank Indonesia's 1H earnings more than doubles on better income. Maybank's 98.3%-owned Indonesian arm PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk said its first half PATAMI more than doubled to IDR858bn (RM265.6m) from IDR388bn (RM120.1m) a year ago. We have seen the turning points of QR for Maybank and CIMB subsidiaries in Indonesia.
Investment must now capitalize on those countries that have potential of high GDP such as Philipines and Indonesia and Vietnam etc..Public Bank, CIMB and Maybank are supposed to be considered as they have branches there.

cimb is because a few years continuously loss money for its group' subsidiaries in south east asia.
