NTA is value of security to your investment. If ASB doing corporate exercise on property revaluation, your revenue can be sudden boost for such exercise. Hotel investment normally higher investment return after valuation. Especially now ASB going through reversal of uptrend, the NTA of ASB share value could the next target price. As least short term tp 0.300 is the most reasonable target. But it is just the share par value.

视净利而定,暫时给eps=3sen,pe=10~17倍,股价=30～51sen,自己衡量吧,公司多年受不良业务亏损影响,隨着脱售完,今后净利可保持,请重新正面看待asb了,有良好的资产业务.

By the way just a question to all forerunner here?

Has anyone of you patronize the hotel chain owned by ASB? Did you have a pep talk with any of their frontline managers?

If yes share how you feel of the business?

What most analyst does nowadays is talk to the big bosses who usually paints fantastic picture of the company to get upgrades.

Similarly, people analyses historic data to predict the future. Is this right method ? Well I don't know..May be a lot of sifu can share their thoughts.

With new appointment Mr Anton as Non Independent director to take over his father patron, this is the reason of the game changer of reversal uptrend. Pls check on Me Anton background and understand his history n experience he had. You might not see profits now but you keep longer term the share price upside is high. ASB share price should value as its NTA value. Recovery revenue on last quarter show ASB is return to black and getting more Fund Manager confidents. All the best and good luck to all.

这两个星期可说是回调期以及地缘关系紧张导致很多股下跌，但是价值投资才是正道，只要能长期持有成长股，自然市场会反映其价值。0.18 我也加码了，不期待会很快看到成绩，只相信股價是市场给的，只要守住有價值的股，迟早巿场会反映出来。

I have proposed to buy this stock since it release its last QR at 0.12. First it is cash rich company, the cash value is higher than the current price. and it also has low debt. The recent QR also showing that it is making profit due to attractive tourism sector.
