true... ecoworld, wct and other construction shares within this price range seems better... gonna cut loss tomolo and move on to other stock. this stock only drop every single day. wake me up when it drop below 0.35. continue drop 0.005 to 0.015 every day thanks.

（吉隆坡16日讯）政府可能在本月内公布吉隆坡-新加坡高铁计划，兴业研究相信高度曝露依斯干达地区的产业发展商将是大赢家，但忧虑若政府真如传言般将新加坡排除在外，高铁计划对整体产业市场带来的溢出效应料相对有限。

若排除狮城
溢出效应有限
兴业研究与基础建设领域公司接触后，发现政府很可能在短期内公布高铁计划。根据媒体报道，政府很可能在排除新加坡之下继续推进，并可能想让狮城政府赔偿3亿令吉。

据悉，新高铁计划将以衔接柔新捷运系统（RTS）的武吉查卡（Bukit Chagar）为终点站，吉隆坡至新山的其他站点将保持不变，仅有布城站将转向吉隆坡国际机场。

兴业研究说，直到政府做出宣布之前，一切消息都无法确定，尽管如此，相信森产业（SIMEPROP,5288,主板产业组）、IOI产业（IOIPG,5249,主板产业组）、金群利（MATRIX,5236,主板产业组）和部份依斯干达主题公司将是主要受惠者。

“我们原本预期大马城至新加坡透过高铁无缝衔接，带来减少旅游时间和潜在提振大马产业市场的机会。

基于新加坡是国际知名金融中心，长期往来两地的旅客将显著增长，可是若隆新高铁终点站转为武吉查卡，我们相信溢出效益将不会太大，只会对中间站点地区房产市场带来正面效益。”

基建领域基本面仍不强稳
整体来说，兴业研究认为，虽然基建项目消息不断传出可能提振短期投资者对产业领域的信心，但碍于供需失衡等问题未解将抑制需求复苏，领域基本面依旧不强稳。

“此外，自9月杪以来冠病疫情持续延烧，就业市场也受到影响，银行也将收紧房贷审批，我们预期产业销售在今年萎缩20至25%后，明年产业销售将仅会温和复苏10%，并维持领域‘中和’评级，森产业和马星集团（MAHSING,8583,主板产业组）为投资首选。”

房市低潮已过
相较之下，马银行研究对产业市场展望抱持乐观看法，认为最糟的情况已经熬过，看好产业领域能够借助经济复苏、低利率环境以及相关政策放松措施等利多扶持，在2021年再次大展雄风，并将该领域升级为“正向”。

明年销量料上升
马银行相信房屋销量已熬过低潮期，预期这不欠缺短期催化剂的冷门领域或许会为投资者在2021年带来意想不到的上升趋势。

“各大企业已在这此前的9个月，为待出售的房屋作出可观的减损账额，可让该领域为2021年经济乐观前景的复苏路程做好充足准备。”

目前，领域内的整合也助市场需求与供应开始重新平衡，而其中第三季待售房屋再续录得按年下滑4%。

展望未来，该行表示，在2021年光明的经济前景以及低利率下，预期产业的购屋情绪会有所改善，而相关政策放松措施，如印花税豁免，优惠折扣等，更可进一步提升此前受压抑的房屋需求。

回顾今年领域表现，虽然建筑工程在紧急管制令后（6月）开始复工，惟第三季的盈利表现仍明显偏弱，其中57%受关注的发展商都大不及分析员的预期，主要归咎于严谨的标准作业程序拖累了工程进度。

不过，销售方面，则因管制令后的压抑需求及诱人行销配套所扶持，出现明显的按季飙升。

在该行所关注的产业类股中，仅森产业及双威（SUNWAY,5211,主板工业产品服务组）有望可超出自身全年销售目标，而其余料将保持不变。

权衡上述因素后，该行将绿盛世（ECOWLD,8206,主板产业组）与双威调高评级至“买进”。

另外，该行的选股推荐有实达集团（SPSETIA,8664,主板产业组）、森产业，以及绿盛世。

@Aiaili, m a bit busy recently but so far so good. How about u? Current worldwide market trend more like yoyo n need time to fully monitor if want to curi ayam. If busy, better be patient to wait for opportunities n strike it right. This year rally look like battery going to be flat soon. Need recharge with good news / rumour to go further.
