ya. I might buy some. Lower earnings in latest quarter no big deal. Common for property projects sometime earngings not smoothen out due to billing stages
i bought homeritz back in 2011, sold it off after making some losses (results disapoointed). Since then I have shied away from this industry, which turned out to be a mistake (typical dinasour mentality, very slow to adapt to new environment). Now of course is too late already
bought latitude at 90 sen + after reading Alex Lu article back in 2013. Sold at 90sen + (small loss) due to lack of confidence in a not so glamarous industry. As what people said, the rest is history
bought brem at 120 in mid 2013 (I think) after doing an anlysis of their properties (massively undervalued). But sold at 120 + as the stock lack of energy. The rest is history
Icon8888, not i am clever but i have monitored this share and her mother since 2-3 years back and i knew they are both extremely undervalued! Therefore whenever there is chances, i would grab more!
if all the wc holders can buy more mother shares, it will help to accelerate the price of wc. If the mother share can push to rm1.80, it is possible for the wc to reach TP of 1.00. If everyone is not willing to buy mother share cause of the profit ratio, we have to wait for others to make the event happened.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
