Actually, despite sometime I went against Uncle Koon, I truly enjoyed his presence here in the forum. For me, people like tan kW, uncle Koon, OTB, kkchongnz, etc gave substance to the forum. They contributed ideas, make analysis, stimulate debates (and occasional mud slinging). Without these few anchor tenants, the forum is nothing more than a bunch of empty and meaningless talk. I am starting to have a sense of attachment to i3 and would like to contribute towards its betterment. Maybe in the future, I would do the same thing just like the sifus mentioned above b starting my own blog about stocks, so that can add substance to i3 and the community
We all do.......if u do not know what u don't know, it's always good to listen to contrarian.....as for Yoda OTB, he is a man of technical facts and in two minds as a business man and marketeer. I have no doubt he is as honest as he say he is.....after all why else would he take a hit for honestly divulging the 7 days delay of info to i3 folks.......
Don't be a trader who don't question and to question use uncle kook contrarian approach...
mr otb, i like your stocks pick and wish u continue with this good works, and will you have one tread only for all your picks for easy reference. please will u put it in portfolio system
mr.otb. thanks for all your good work and hardwork. I believe you will reap abundance. From the posting, I understand that you will have a talk on this coming Monday. is it possible to reserve a seat for me? I really want to learn from you. thanks.
Mr. Ooi I joined sharesXpert 3 year ago and started with zero knowledge in Share trading and stock analysis. Since then, I had learned a lot from your training, weekly market outlook, your stock analysis, your commend and posting on i3 and become a prudent investor. No one is perfect but your honesty to teach, share and also advice are most valuable and most noble. I wish everybody understand that Investing definitely is risky business (whether stock, property, futures, unit trust etc) therefore even you get good tips (from whatever your reliable sources), you still need to assess the risk come with it (including your own financial situation) before made decision to invest. I Hope all i3 user understand this before made your own final decision to risk your money in investing. Mr.Ooi your generous contribution to investing community are most respectable, please continue to contribute in this forum or any others forum. I sincerely thank you and appreciate your teaching, sharing, guidance and also advice. Thank you from deep of my heart.
i otb 2 yrs ago student , now i hv a group of my good friends buy my recommend stock , almost all with good return , thanks again my mentor mr ooi , this coming shareexpert class 15/3 , i hv 10 peoples joining .
Judging by the way insiders are queuing to buy the mother shares, my guess is that this coming quarterly result there must be a strong dividend. Probably 10 to 15 sen
Ok...let's see if they are desperate yet.......if not, they will only shift the buy to sell price at near closing.....I have no news on PJdev.....so Insider or not the on diff is if there is an intent or purely inside info.....
For property play, key important play is property value and conversion of GDV based on daily ops but easy money like selling a large land asset gives liquidity which can be converted to investment or free cash flow is always a big attraction because it's single and instant as oppose to selling property and conversion which may not get the support.
Thanks, Mr Ooi, for the informative/interesting talk last evening... sorry was late, coz got the wrong room no. 24 instead of 14 (and there was no room 24 anyway). Didnt have the chance to meet/talk to you, coz my friend was in a hurry to go off. Learned quite a lot from your talk. Thanks, once again!

Ans : You are always welcome. Did you buy Hevea today since I recommend so strongly yesterday night ? Thank you.
No, Mr Ooi, I bought more of PJDev Warrants, which I am still keeping (since 2010, which was offered to PJDev shareholders, on the basis of 3 for 8 at 2 cents!). This counter was also strongly recommended by you. Kept for close to 4 years, and it has rewarded me very high returns! Wow! Hoping for their results on 26th, and hoping the price of mother/son will still shoot up! Also waiting for good DKSH results by end of this month. As for Hevea, will surely consider. Thanks!
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
