Accumulate this stock bit by bit for past 2 months.....sampai jadi bukit but price keep going down....every trading days looking at this sampai naik juling..... Tak naik lagi boleh tunggu..... but hope can give dividend lah.....

i m just guessing...cn is offer by bank, so maybe someone press down the mother share to let the cn expired, than bank will make profit cause cn holder will not be able to sell their holding.
is this how structure warrant work?

該公司發文告表示，因上述收購，印尼投資協調委員會（BKPM）已於去年12月30日，批准PT WIN企業為海外投資公司。
“為符合印尼投資協調委員會股權需求，各造同意將PT WIN的333萬及1千股，轉移給居林，脫售價近5千698萬令吉。”
另外，由居林也以137萬令吉認購及注入8千411萬令吉作為購買種植地的運作資本。
PT WIN股權轉移已於2月14日完成，目前居林持有PT WIN74%，另外26%則由PT GSB持有。（星洲日報／財經）

i just guess, cause everytime price surge, epf bought...you can check bursa announcement 3-4 days from now...
Actually, i have been monitoring kulim since early 2013...and currently holding kulim-co
