Depends on how you do your valuation on Kulim. Without any corporate exercise or dividends, NTA should be around 3.30. So, it is fairly valued with a 10% upside potential for Johor Corp as its major shareholder. PE wise it is easily more than 20 times currently.
The share price of plantation company is relied heavily on CPO prices movements. Corporate development or dividend are secondary issues. You can make money by buying any plantation counters when the CPO price break 3000 level.
This is already not valid merely looking at kulim share price. Furthermore cpo price increase is a push factor by weather issue which means production reduce will offset certain surplus of price increase. Not forgetting biofuel will not be feasible at Rm3000 per tonne. I also vested in plantation company, just that we need to have our valuation clear rather that follow issulionary "trend"
EPF, Johor Corp. everyday acquired, disposed. They are playing games. Just enjoy their performance. other counters like Bursa, Digi, Maxis . Same pattern. Holland is around.
Dear up_down, I have following your postings one by one too other than Icon8888,cytew,leeyh,otb and sephiroth and i found you are also good in giving fair comments and analysis.
