Ports & Logistics部门预计所有的港口会有更高的营收。完成收购49%股份的Penang Port Sdn Bhd (“PPSB”)和计划收购剩下的51%股份预计会提高营收。这个收购会让马矿业在西马半岛北部有更大的影响力，也加强了马六甲海峡的影响力。营运和成本的整合会加强Ports & Logistics部门的表现。

现有的订单会提供Engineering & Construction部门的盈利保证，主要是由KVMRT-SSP Line underground work和Project Delivery Partner (PDP) role for elevated portion提供。此外，现有的项目如Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant, Langat Centralized Sewerage Treatment Project，和PDP role for Pan Borneo Sabah Highway也会提供盈利。

MMC wishes to announce that on 11 April 2018, MMC Port and STJSB had, by way of a letter (“Second Extension Letter”), mutually agreed to further extend the period to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent in the SPA up to and including 9 July 2018.



The Second Extension Letter will be made available for inspection at the registered office of MMC at Ground Floor, Wisma Budiman, Persiaran Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, during normal business hours (from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
