Quickly sell Zelan at 6.5 sen or 6 sen also very good

Then can buy 4 Netx at 1.5 sen for each Zelan sold

Netx will go up while zelan will crash like barakah later

This is the best advise

World economy 2020 no good will hit mmc badly as it's port business will be affected

So if mmc is bad it will not be able to help Zelan

So Zelan got no hope.

Meena Plaza was left unattended for 5 years after more than 95% completion

Finally ended in total loss of Rm300 millions due to horrible carelessness.

Iium also got it's payment revised downward and then delayed some more

Rm500 millions debt interest is piling up while Zelan dragging it's feet in so many court cases

If prudent it won't get entangled in so many lawsuits after useless lawsuits that wasted so much time and resources

Now world economy in collapse and Zelan will be among first few to go insolvent soon

So better sell faster before it plummet like barakah to 2 or 3 sen
