Meena Plaza is such a waste of Zelan capital and labour ...more than Rm300 mil gone up in a puff of smoke

Now got Rm500 mil time debt bomb coming soon

Don't bank on IIUM as pH Govt will cut cost to the Bone and Zelan will face depleting cash flow

Pdp for pan Borneo axed.

Netx might be further reduction of obligation to iium

Once in insolvency limbo can expect sell down in zelan like in barakah

You might lose another 50% here if you don't sell early

Go buy Nfcp stocks are they are going into better times

For Scomies at 5 sen now can buy because one insider bought at 5.2 sen

Scomies has 2 helps

1. From cash lent to Scomi mother

2. From bridging loan

So the Rm55 mil debt could be easily resolved

Not for Zelan

Zelan rm500 millions debt bomb has no way out after Meena Plaza Rm300 millions gone in a puff of smoke

Zelan at 5 sen also cannot buy

So better sell Zelan and buy Scomies now !!!

Do believe in Zelan Chairman networking, when Zelan is stuck with Meena on 2012 , zelan get 2 concession projects:

1) IIUM with 17 years concession .

2) ECRL GITT with 20 years concession . Is cancelled due to ECRL route changes n Bumiputra reserve land issues.

Looks like Zelan is focus on concession project with maintenance over the period.
