be patient and keep waiting is a terrible , miserable feeling.....................made money no easy lol..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hhhhhhhhhhhooooooooooohhhh
I am fully understood your thinking and feelings kcylim1970 although I do not know your cost but I just initiated my first batch buying before Oct 2014.I am strongly believe your RM XXK in Zelan will make you at least 50-60% returns in your investment within half to one year.My own position and my team position is much more larger than yours bro and we are still very happy to see they are dropping.
Overcome psycho barrier on this is a must "go through" route to become a professional investors.Cheers
Sometimes, I wonder what would happen when GST is implemented on 1/4/2015. Would there be a terrible crash on the Bursa since the commission and GST will cost some 6.6%. If share trading is not exempted from GST, then one must make at least 6.6% before he or she can even breakeven. Correct me if I am wrong.
I know I will need to pay stamp duties but what about the 6% GST, is it exempted? So far, I haven't come across any article in the newspaper that share trading is exempted from GST.
If we think that investment environment in Malaysia is getting tougher with various unfair implementation I.e. GST then I think we could faced higher challenge in US with the claims of capital gains tax in US etc.My view is that it is beyond our ability to guess about that but what can we do is to full force in digging out gems in Bursa or whatever market (which there is still a lot I seen) rather wasting our time discussing on that.Betulkah bros semua?
Moreover, the GST is charge over the brokerage which additioal charge will be 0.6%*0.06.So its effect will be minimal.I dont think i will stop investing because of the "so called" additional cost.Cheers
Unless quoted shares are not treated as goods or services. Because if they do and GST is imposed whenever a share is traded, then the cost of the shares we are holding will increase by 6.6% after the implementation of GST on 1-4-2015. Correct me if I am wrong. TQ
I don't mind continue holding this counter if it is performing with flying colours in the coming few quarters as what we, members of public have always been expecting on the counter.
However, would there be anything which members of public like us do not know of which it is now reflecting in the trend of the share price despite the quarterly report to be out around the corner?????
when the result out ,mr.market force will shown which direction is heading ;north or south???????????????wait.....................................wait...............lahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Can anyone tell me why zelan's price is on a descending trend despite the announcement of the quarterly result is around the corner? Is there anything or news which we as members of public don't know having prompted the downward trend of its share pricing?
Would RM100M from Meena Holdings sufficient to give significant impact on the share price or the quarterly result which now look otherwise from the current price trend? Really hoped it does.
