The company on local construction project is still doing well and the declared q lost because of sharp fall revenue from interest income and no payment received from Abu Dhabi but pay out more adminstrative cost could have contributed to share price dropped temp .So the share price dropped slightly with moderate volume since the major share holder are not selling their holding and will recover very soon because the selling pressure is not very strong.

So,if you want to buy at very low price , assuming 18cts,I don't think you can get at the moment but may be some other day when the overall world market crash !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far the support level of 0.225 looks strong. This level has been tested before. If it continues to hold, that will be a technical positive for Zelan. Because many weak holders have left. It will then need just one positive news to move back up. Let's see how it ends today, and the performance tomorrow.

The construction of the Centre of Foundation Studies (Phase 3) of the International Islamic University Malaysia (“IIUM”), Gambang Campus, in Pahang, which was secured pursuant to the Concession Agreement we entered into with the Government of Malaysia (the “Goverment”) and IIUM in July 2012, started in January 2013 and is expected to be completed in January 2016.
