June 13): The development of the Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) (pictured), the country's new iconic project in Kuala Lumpur, is expected to begin in September, UDA Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Mohd Shafei Abdullah said.

He said the project would be completed in stages, of which the first phase expected to be completed in four years' time.

The first phase, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM4.7 billion, comprises a hotel, the bazaar people, offices, a condominium, a Mitsui Shopping Centre, a 2.43ha green park and a concert hall, he added.

On 9 March 2016, Zelan Construction Sdn Bhd, which is one of Zelan Berhad’s wholly owned subsidiaries, was awarded by BBCC Development Sdn Bhd the main building works contract for the 4 storey temporary sales office and show room for the Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) project located at Jalan Hang Tuah / Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur for the contract sum of RM37.78 million.

The duration of works is nine months, commencing on 9 March 2016 and completing on 8 December 2016.

Since yesterday already annouce that OPR reduce from 3.5% to 3 %. Most of Construction already start move.

Let look at Zelan(2283)

Zelan is involved in the design and construction of airports, power plants, highways, bridges, housing schemes and industrial complexes, steel structures, high voltage transmission lines and sub-stations, interchanges, and commercial and industrial buildings.



From the chart, we can notice downtrend since last year. But today show a while candle with hugh volume. It ready to change to uptrend. Our TP is 0.185/0.205/0.225.
