4th Q results may or may not be bad. I think it also depends whether the new Group CEO who just step in is going to do kitchen sinking, an exercise many new leadership fond to do so that he show his good performance after taking over. In this respect, I am not concerned for the 4th results.

Boustead is owned by LTAT { armed forces retirement fund} how a retired serviceman feels when their pension fund declared below par dividend rate for the past 3 years. Lower than KWSP or Tabung Haji. Current sentiment shifted to recovery cum political linked stocks. MSM, MMC, MNRB , MRCB etc. I think Bstead and Bplant may be the next 2 counter fitting to the theme. It can be very interesting if they report reasonable level of profit for Q42020 which will be announced within this month. Bear in mind election may be not very far away .

Small estate holders in my kampong are doing well nowadays. So are many big plantations with very good profits announced.

If Bplant has still not turned in a profit for the last Q, then that is pure mismanagement or unaccounted for leakage.
