Bplant is a "Better and Easier" co to Take Over/Privatize. No legal or Debts as "Dead Weights" to "Bankrupt" the company. Just That .... Will Boustead EVER let Bplant go ? Easy Place to get " Additional revenue and to pay off ???????? .
Actually taking Bplant private is a good idea after all it is an oil palm based company managing oil palm estates, CPO mills & etc. Thus, privately owned oil palm company is as good as a public listed co.
however, at this price without knowing any privatisation news. still consider deeply undervalue as calculated from his holding on all listed companies Like Affin, Bplantation, BP, Pharmaniaga, BHIC. etc already worth more than Rm 1.20 in term of market value of subsidiary market Cap.
Bought both Bstead and Bplant, but i think privatisation of Bplant is more likely based on morning graph (same like mmc & ijmp before suspension - buying nonstop by insider).
Privatising Bplant , follow by monetising some high value freehold lands is a wise move that help to quicken the paring down of group level debts. After the above completed, divest 30% to another efficient plantation group to unlock the plantantion asset values and leverage on expertise of the acquirer to improve plantation's performance. I think LTAT is more keen to privatise Bplant first . Ultimately, Bstead will benefit a lot too
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
