Calvin, Coastal hot, are u sure? Perisai is hotter and more speculative than Coastal......

Coastal fundamentally is good with single digit pe, good cash flow, uptrending eps, net cash company, reasonable ROE with strong management. Which of your 5 top pick is comparable with Coastal?

Actually I like both Coastal and Cbip. Only thing is the price. For Coastal I hope to get it around Rm2.00 and Cbip at Rm1.50. I will buy if they fall within my investment radar. Today I just noticed a stock I like which has already fallen within my investment radar. I am so happy. Will post more on it tomorrow after clearer research on it.

The formula is quite simple

The bkt unggul 1363 acres land have a book value of rm2.75

Current lands in Dengkil, Sepang and Port Dickson are going at rm25 to rm35 psf. So if revalued bkt unggul lands should be up 10×

Same for 2 pieces of nexus karambunai lands and the 451 acres 30 minutes from kk.

All up 10x if revalued.

So multiply 15 cents nta by 10 X = rm1.50

Revaluation gain is still a gain. It can be sold in the market as realised profits.

Example:

A 2 storey house in Bangsar was RM20,000 in book value for year 1970.

If you revalue it now it should be around RM2 millions. So Up 10,000%

Can you sell the house for RM2 millions for actual profit?

Of course you can.

Bangsar was "country" 45 years ago. Today Bangsar Properties Are Hot Items.

Another thing about Asset Revaluation.

I bought OKA at 35 cents years ago. OKA Gives consistent dividend yearly. One year I noticed that OKA is not doing well. I thought Company might forgo the dividend payout for that year.

To my surprise OKA revalued its properties (all freehold). And OKA booked revaluation gains as profits. And gave a dividend from revaluation. Kudos to OKA Bosses!

Note: Oka later powered up 700% over RM2.00 & split.

For Kbunai NTA to increase. Just revalue the 4 Prime Assets. It will go from 14 cents to over RM1.00.

See the Latest Quarter Result of Asiapac. When Imago Mall is revalued the NTA Rose from 42 cents to 79 cents - a jump of 88%.

As for Kbunai Lands They Are Of Great Value. Over 100 hundred units of Villas were built in www.nexusresort.com and sold at over RM1.2 millions each to local & foreigners.

These are Facts. No more no less. I have stated them here. All can check them out.

In share market we make some. And we lose some. I am also holding kbunai at 6.5 cents. Now I am not a charity institution. You should ask 2 questions. 1) What about those who made good money from my calls to buy Super at Rm1.20, Jaks at 39 cents, Xinquan at 42 cents, kkb at rm1.40 and many other profitable stocks. Did anyone share with Calvin their profits?

2) I told all to invest. Not go gambling even with good potential stocks.

As I have highlight Oil & Gas stocks in an uptrending direction. It won't go up in a straight line, though. So day traders and contra players cannot blame me.

i know, the oil & gas run will pause for now. Latest rally was the same 16 Dec 2014 sell down, where ARMADA can be bought @ RM 1.02~RM 1.05. (1st wave, sold CNY 2015)

prelude 2nd Wave (Mid-March~Early April, the time Calvin Tan promotes KBUNAI- 7.5 sen), ARMADA can e bought @ RM 1.05 again.(you missed it?)

Apparently Calvin Tan was collecting a lot of ARMADA During March/April 2015 ( @ RM 1.05 +-)
