What I know is that 3 quarters of profit in Bursa showing profit more than RM1 billion.

NTA down due to one time write off which in very common.
If we can sell that piece of Land in US, then there will be an one time big profit.
If we revalue all Genting plantation land in Johor, there will be an big increase in NTA.
