Simple about bjland take over issue. The market price only 18cent and volume left at minority just around 10%or less. Some even say wants to press lower until 13cents that we witnessed earlier . No trading volume demand from market and fear for this kind of management From bussinesses aspects, no dividend, but still launching mega projects for fun. BoD even daring propose attractive dividend and guarantee capital for few years investment by sukuk regardless the feeling of existing minority with none dividend from past to maybe future.

So out of good corporate governance, VT terminate the deal loh..!!

VT has done it with good intention, but alot of people do not like it loh..!!

VT after listening to the complain cancel it, instead of bulldozing loh.!!

So far there is no privatisation plan, Berjaya Land CAN be delisted by bursa after 24th Sep without any privatisation offer. There is NO guarantee that fox tan will make an offer. Just wait and see.

anyway, lets see if VT will declare dividend as promised. Like my email to BCorp and BLand investor relation, it's not the amount that matter, it's delivering promises that matter. I have requested for 0.01 dividend if VT believe BCorp and BLand should preserve as much cash as possible given Covid-19 pandemic that's sudden and unexpected.
