When it restructured in the high growth period in 2005, minorities still suffered a 5 - 1 capital reduction. Now deep in the covid depression, probably 10-1 capital reduction coming : 10,000 shrs become 1,000 shrs lol
One thing I learnt fr 27 years in the mkts is one has to be FLEXIBLE & ready to chg one's mind @ any minute so I bought back some BJCorp @ 28c this morning.
YESTERDAY VT & family members have started the ball rolling on bjc....in terms of restructuring for bjc group by resigning from all executive position...they are serious of letting the independent executive to run the show loh!
You are right! Follow the Institutional funds (clever foreigners) which are still holding 6.5%. Last check below indicated these clever foreigners has not sold any shares this year even when price reached 50 sens in March/April this year. Personally I think there are many chameleons from Interpacific masquerading as minority trying to influence ikan bilis to sell before the announcement of restructuring plans by Jalil & next moves by NCW Malaysia & Lena Tan. Btw minority still holds 34.1% in BCorp.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
