I am basing on 4% interest rate. What if interest rate 5% or 6%? If 5% RM 120 million or 6% RM 144 million on interest alone. How long can get money from stp2? 2016? 2017? 2018 or even 2020 and beyond?

Anti debt, The way you talk, all business also lose money.. No one got borrowing and bank is dead. I build my business in the 80s and boosted after 1997 because it was also an opportunity for those cash rich and those who can sustain that period especially in year 2000. Give me something I should be worried not bank interest lar. If bank interest is problem everyone is dead not only E&O . Pahamka?
mightymouses is your so call make money from BTM buy at current price? E&O need to service their loan first before getting money from stp2 next 4-5 years. Like housebuyers do they pay you when they have yet to see the house built? In E&O case land yet in sight meaning few years(spending money) to reclaim land before can start to build any house.

I already made 750k from BTM in less than 6mths. I am looking for my next best stock. So continue to promote or critisize because I learn a lot from different perspective

Tan Sri. I am already retired so I don't need any bank loan. You are already 73 year old, why still have to suffer sleepless nights? Leave your business (and debt) to the young ones. You cannot keep on looking after them. Let them grow up and earn their living in their own right.
This is considered a very epic expansion. All the work, all the patience has been boiling down to this. The 2.90 TT paid to Sime, the delayed retirement, the London expansion, will lead to the epic expansion and multi year revenue generator.

Ivory, spend some time to read the comments. Many have spent valuable time sharing the info you are asking. I have also compiled the comment and share and yet we still see all this questions for quick answers. There is no short cut. Read and find out where others have taken the trouble to share.
I haven't grown to love E&O yet, but I know Ivory is a lousy company. BTM is a good lousy company but you can make money whereas Ivory is a lousy company period!!! You want to know why they are 30+cents? Really want to know? They are not capable to stand on their own. Even when state govt gave them100% approval for PWC because the state govt is pro Penang Developers, what happen? They got tricked into 55/45 deal with Tropicana. What is even worst is Tropicana took 55% and Ivory who got the 100% approval became the minority at 45%. Ivory, good that a no brainier like you should continue with Ivory. Low buy rate, high volume may translate to panic selling or buyer holding firm ground at each level. If price goes up slowly at low buy rate it is the latter
This was what has been said here by the sinful and experts and now Amresearch says the same thing. TP2.78. They are not worried bat the debt because the pre selling of 88acres is sufficient to cover with RM1.5b vs loan of RM1.084. On top of that the experts here say 88acres of 384acrs = 88/384 =22.91%. This means that completing 22.91% reclaimation, they can more than cover the loan of RM1.084b with surplus . Also the balance 77.09% of the 384acres will be pure land bank profit if they were to sell.
It is forming a symmetrical triangle. The past few day Hv been quite heavy with volume alternating between overbought and oversold suggesting balance in support of triangle. If it pursue, it will breakout at 1.62 or breakdown at 1.57.
Today must end higher than yesterday at least 1.62. Failure to so, may set tone for decending triangle. Many will bail out if failed. Today is deciding day.

Dear All, pls don't be despair yet. Let me explain with facts 1. Look at the Sell volume vs Buy volume done - the sell volume is double the buy volume and if you look at the buying and selling by time, you will see the buy done is at 100 shrs or 200shrs each time only to bring the price down and that's why the buy volume is so low. 2. Look at the buy rate - the buy rate is at oversold position ie approx 30% or lower due to the frequency of the sell which is lower but higher volume 3. Look at Total Volume - again the volume pass 1.2 Million by mid day and volume for past 3 days have been above a million and yesterday was above 2Million
Base on the 3 points below I believe somebody is collecting silently for the Nov or Dec announcement. This can be seen as they collector does not pursue to buying but rather wait at each point to buy hence the buy rate is near at Oversold position while selling volume is high. This should shed some light
Relax ks55, I am not saying this is TA shared. This is an area where we determine what some Hv shared of the high buy volume and queue but they did not commit by buying at a higher price and the rationale is what I Hv explain. Also look at the number of buyer vs number of seller. Number of buyer very little past few days but their volume is huge should tell you something
