there will be an EGM for Sime on 8.11.12 , he is actually committing the date of Sime Darby 1 week ahead (on 11/10/12) before Bursa announcement (15/10/12) - only genuine insider hit the bull eyes, that why I think he is an genuine insider.

06.56 = 06.11 - the date to initiate position ?

Stay focus...their key is in their announcement....you are quite right passerby...but not in the TL direction.

Look at prior to the current official announcement, the last was financial report 3 mths ago. Remember w EO is always abt communication by them. The more recent ones are the dividend announcement, the dividend close period and Nov 2 is the dividend payout, the father which is the EGM. Passerby , you must ask yourself as a typical gd investor what would you want.

Answer. Everything that fills my pocket right.....?

So now you have the launch sentiment of their billion dollar project, they have the dividend paid to you, next? My guess is the 5 day avg to ascertain the price, if not then another dividen prior to that.....

Don't read codes bro....it is what it is.......if the GO happens today .....ie volume alredi increasing, Then what is certain is they themselves did not expect the announcement prior to calling the EGM date.....anyway if GO happens they still need the EGM for majority votes as formality......hmmm you are sounding more correct alredi heheh
