it is slightly less than 5% of GKent share, if it is 12%, means GKent worth is close to 17cents per Johan share, iso 7 cents, based on WooChoonMIng calculation. It will mislead someone to overvalue Johan share.

Then, Johan entitled for RM 1.378B x 4.19% = RM 57.738 Million.


In fact, NTA for johan is RM 0.3156 per share

Johan Has a total of 623,000,000 shares

RM 57.738 Million divided by 623,000,000 = 1 share = RM 0.0926


JOHAN Closed at RM 0.195

In fact, johan is worth of RM 0.3156 + 0.0926 = RM 0.4082


JOHAN is below actual value.
