Company is fundamentally sound. As to why breakout, I can only assume some investors saw bargain priced counter. Don't see any analyst covering it yet.

As for hints, don't chase price. Leave that for donkey Dave and his wife! LoL.
Monday stock market will probably go down as I don't see a conclusion to the sequestor garbage. It is in the US interest to keep oil price high!

the last two dividends payout helped. if you do a DDM, you can see your value already. I think some are already seeing the value.
