Authorities have yet to confirm the identities of two more European passengers on flight MH370, adding to two others using stolen passports in the Malaysia Airlines plane which vanished over the Malaysia-Vietnam maritime border yesterday.
The Malaysian Insider understands that all four had bought their flight tickets from China Southern Airlines, the Malaysia Airlines codeshare partner for the Kuala Lumpur-Beijing route.

UPDATE [5:40pm]: In another twist to the mystery behind flight MH370, CNN reports that the two people who traveled on flight MH370 under stolen passports bought their tickets together. The tickets were bought from China Southern Airlines in Thai baht at identical prices.
But it was unclear how people with stolen passports could have obtained visas to travel to China or passed through immigration control checks in Malaysia.
“As far as we are aware, every one of these people onboard that aircraft had a visa to go to China,” Hugh Dunleavy, director of commercial operations at Malaysia Airlines, told reporters in Beijing.
“Which means those passports were in possession of the Chinese embassy before those visas were issued.”
Of the two passports in question, the Italian one had been reported stolen and was in Interpol's database, CNN Law Enforcement analyst Tom Fuentes said, citing sources at Interpol.
Additionally, no inquiry was made by Malaysia Airlines to determine if any passengers on the flight were traveling on stolen passports, he said, adding "many airlines do not check the database".
UPDATE [6:59pm]: Vietnamese media reports that suspicious object is not related to flight MH370 reports. Jacky Ly Thang, a defense cooperation official in US Embassy Hanoi, told VN Search & Rescue Center just now that US search party has confirmed that the object - seen by Singaporean search plane earlier - had nothing to do with the missing plane.
