Info cannot be released indiscriminately and without screening. It has to be vetted for relevance, accuracy, security risk etc. If one simply dishes out info to all and sundry, and that info turns out to be inaccurate, one only gets blame and criticsm in return, instead of thanks.

If the cargo is durian jam, and we say it's mango jam or nangka jam, it's still inaccurate info. Ruins our image and reputation among the Chinese jam importers.
