KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 20): Box-Pak (M) Bhd saw its net loss narrow to RM1.71 million in the second quarter for the period ended June 30, 2018 (2QFY18) from RM4.33 million a year ago, as its gross profit improved on the back of higher average selling prices in Malaysia and Vietnam.
As a result, its loss per share shrank to 1.43 sen per share compared with 3.61 sen per share in 2QFY17.
Quarterly revenue also improved by 10% to RM148.8 million compared with RM135.2 million in 2QFY17, mainly due to increase in sales volume and selling prices, which was adjusted to absorb the increase in paper cost.
Dude increased 2.6m in boxpak still not good yet? He just a small counter as muda is the largest paper industry in Malaysia how do you think their profit will be, must be much higher than others X3 profit than last year Q2
Pls la omg I really have to say something . You guys say paper price increases , have you ever check the international paper price ? The price increases already priced in last quarter . This quarter the paper price is the same as last year . That means the YOY will be not much surprise .
Please don’t mislead others as everyone know that China is no longer a competitor in malaysia ‘blue sky’ high demand of paper in Malaysia as well as China
I have no idea with yeeling because in early she keep calling people to buy in few hours suddenly call people to sell out and the fact that she gave was not strong enough as she doesnt show any statistical or sources that she find out
Well if you find out please do share on here to let everyone know, btw dont forget guys muda also do import paper to China somehow we also have to relate the price of paper in China
yeeling also have her on right but we shouldnt look at the international price of paper while every nation has their own price paper set if we do look at international paper price while we also could look at other nation paper industry share price and their profit as well increased rapidly Eg China, indonesia and japan paper industry as well
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
