The gain on the disposal is around 43 sen and will be reported in quarter ending 30/6/2018. At current price of 55.5 sen the P/E ratio would be even lower than Hengyuan.

At the EGM, shareholders could propose that instead of seeking a new biz or asset, an additional 20 sen dividend could be distributed making it a total of 30 sen special dividend.
