spider man 119 the whole world is know what is Asiapac NTA fair value 79.7 cent even blind one can see it,if you not happy for the valuation you can call them to clarify I think they will answer you next 2 years our company will do valuation again by the time maybe is Rm 1.20 if you still not happy for answer I tell you what to do band your two ball ):-

If u look at asiapac...nobody wants to buy..that's y price still lousy.

Normally property counter take longer time to reflect market price from fundamental or NTA especially currently property market a bit slow compare to last few years important is imago can generate income I believe next few quarters report will be more favorable ):-

Bull , I think what spider said is q true ..some fund manager will not rate Asiapac according to its NTA .. They are still waiting for a few quarter report ( not one ) to confirm its value .. You may said at that time the price will not be the current price , but for fund manager , they only confirmed the value when quarter report is good . But , the recent incident already attract some investors . As I know some of them even go to Imago to do a research . Just wait n see how it goes ..:)
