Asiapac profit is a fake profit, they make profit from "fair value gain" not a real profit, it does not bring in real money. Just some accounting play to make it profitable, in actual fact, Asiapac is making loss. Too bad people do not look at details, this is how many people get burned in KLSE. This time share price may go up but next financial result reporting, they cant use this anymore, therefore will be a sharp drop in profit, thus sharp fall coming in the future.
Asiapac profit is from revaluation of Imago Mall. So it is not a realised profit unless Asset is sold & converted to Cash. I won't call it "fake" profit.
For Kbunai, Mui Bhd & Mulpha If Assets are Revalued like Asiapac it will be a Mind Blowing RM8 Billions to RM10 Billions Gain for these 3 counters!
For Mulpha it has 23% Growth and P/E is only 4.25
So Mulpha is a far better stock than Asiapac in Assets & Growth rate.
Anything can be happen rto or take over I'am feel very happy Asiapac make a right decision to invest in this imago mall and make huge of profit for this property investment gain ):-

Calvin was bullish on Dec 15th to 17th 2014 when Mr Bull was in a panic. Now Bull is bullish? Ok lah. But Calvin think market now is in intermission for a while. Bull run taking a pause for now due to 3 factors
1) Imdb problems. Dr M insists on accountability for imdb rm42 billions 2) Dr M and Najib feud still ongoing. 3) Fitch imminent downgrade.
Soo better keep your bull-ets first. Plenty of time to fire them later at much lower prices.
