Keep for long term. Very very good stock. Just imagine once Imago Mall starts operating. The financial sheets will only go up and up. That's not even mentioning the other projects to be completed this year. Accumulate more and watch it rise!
With the constant stream of free cash generated from IMAGO mall, i believe Asiapac will be able to grow bigger in the future through capital reinvestment in buying more valuable lands and lunching more projects!
Imago is just a part of the KK project, whereas, the complete blueprint of the Asiapac project is expect to attract a high wealth community to the area, which increases the spending per capita. If successfully implemented, it's expected generate consistent positive cash flow for the company/
no matter how good tis counter can be, it still a penny stock afterall, too easy to contra, every rise of 1 cents, its a big block ahead. every good news is just a tool to let contra player to benefits. for long term investor, hard to see it grow. it may rise, just the matter of time, without much sellers pressing the price.
