Berjaya Land has not got an ED or CEO who has the experience n knowledge to play the property game like Liew or leong. Vincent n Robin Tan just have plenty of money. Both Times Square (restructered many times) and Berjaya Bkt nanas project were complete finanial disasters. Any other developer would have folded up long ago

Just do a quick research on the 3q result comparison for 2015-2017 : 2015 19m profit (price float at 0.8 n above range) , 2016 190+m profit (price float 0.65-0.8), 2017 185m+ (price float 0.56-0.58)..I would said is dam good buy in price don't miss the flight~~~happy investing^^
Another gold point is that Dec'16/ Feb'17 their announcement on selling Great mall & Long Beach..Great mall will probably receive the money by this 2017 fye n long Beach probably will reflect on 2018 fye which will be on 31/7/17..so for the next 4th qtr I would said the result will definitely significant reduce & beat 2016 4q 458m loses..
Kgroup I think u simply go chase high after news..anyway the result seem is improving but for this type chase high usually depend yr luck n the market so very hard to judge whether it will rebound or not..eg when dnex drop till 0.4 it sudden pick up hit 0.5 no body expect it happen n mostly thought the trend is end..anyway summary u hv to hv yr own ruler eg max lose u can accept is Wat point?5%?10%?15%? Set yrself n judge whether the stock is fit to hold or t3..
