Check it out. Not chuck . 29cents cash per share, Earnings 8.9 cents. no dividend play.No debt at ALL. D/E=0... I like it: wide range of businesses, downtrend in one biz ,may pick up in another.waiting to accumulate.....Good Beta too.

PE less than 7.2, good enough for me. earnings increase, NTA increase. good for Investor. Not good for panick, Seal swim up n down quite fast, like in underwater world langkawi. Will UP,unless whole Market floor collapse.Selangor,South corridor Selayang fast growing, like layang layang. check It out.Seal also swim like kite. Im in at 72.watched it dive to 64, no panick,Good Fundamentals...Long Play,can slow dance till Music stops.No dividend plays better for price movement....!

D/E of "0". very few companies have this.Cash of 24.9cents per share.. Earnings per share 9.1 cents.base on 2013. What more? return on equity 10.33. Operating margin 28.83. Only funny technicals not showing its value.
