Google is a total failure for cloud. For those who are not CIO Let me explain why. Amazon pioneered this by offering Cloud and network computers to power anything you want. Most people buy Amazon for cloud + computer to power forex or ecommerce services. Microsoft entered into the cloud services market with cloud + office packaged together. Just recently Microsoft went whole hog by packaging 1 Server Operating License 2 Cloud 3 Office 4 Network computer selling by cores. 5 Desktop windows license.
Microsoft 5 combined package all in 1 are incredible value. IT Departments can cut their admin and Total costs of ownership by easily half. With this 5 in 1 package when you run your software, it takes mere minutes vs 24 hours non-stop running time for average powered desktop. Hence Microsoft market share of cloud became 2X Google. Google failed.
Based on economics, even DNex CIO will not use Google Distributed Cloud or Google Cloud. You know once you only buy 4 instead of Microsoft all in 5 in 1, your savings magically disappeared. The costs will end up something like paying 2X for cloud. Microsoft will not give you savings. Unless Board threatened CIO with sacking if dun use Google. For other GLCs the only way to get them to buy Google will be to use North Korean style of starved hungry dogs in cages and threatening to put CIO inside. Left on their own, no CIO in any GLCs will buy anything from Google. Once Microsoft is not your sole supplier it swings from incredibly cheap to incredibly expensive. 😁
The Kempeitai (Japanese: 憲兵隊, Hepburn: Kenpeitai) was the military police of the Imperial Japanese Army (IJA). The organization also shared civilian secret police, espionage, and counter-intelligence roles within Japan and its occupied territories, and was notorious for its brutality and role in suppressing dissent.
