Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of NICORP (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Consistent Harvest Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had conducted a valuation of its non-current asset, namely Gateway Centerpoint Seremban Shopping Mall (“Property”). On 30 September 2016, the Board had approved the incorporation of the fair value gain from the fair value adjustment of the investment property of RM31.55 million into the Statement of Financial Position of the Company as at 30 September 2016. The 3rd Quarterly Result for the period ended 30 September 2016 which reflects the above will be released to Bursa Securities in due course.
