I have invested 3 counters this month... ANZO, MLAB and NiCorp...ANZO in 0.12, MLAB 0.10 & NICORP 0.06...The biggest investment still NICORP...This three ppl called it Penny Stock in my account book locked at least 40% of return, you all dun believe wait and see....

PETALING JAYA: Naim Indah Corp Bhd swung into a net loss of RM1.96mil for its third quarter ended Sept 30 from a net profit of RM30.53mil in the previous corresponding quarter.

This dragged it into a loss of RM1.7mil for the nine-month period compared to a profit of RM30.7mil previously.

According to the group, revenue shrank significantly in the quarter under review to RM429,000 versus RM2.83mil in the previous corresponding quarter.

It said this was mainly due to the lower revenue and operating profit contributed from project management consultancy activities and higher operating costs of its investment properties.

It added that site activities from clients of the company’s project management consultancy were reduced from the year-ago quarter.

It said it had benefited from a fair-value gain from investment property of RM31.55mil in the previous corresponding quarter.

PETALING JAYA: Naim Indah Corp Bhd ’s letter of award (LoA) for project management consultancy in a mixed commercial development in Klang has been terminated following delays in obtaining approvals.

The company told Bursa Malaysia that it had mutually agreed to cease the LoA with Lagenda Erajuta Sdn Bhd for the RM450mil Gateway Klang project.

This is due to the delay in obtaining approval for the land transfer and change in land usage status matters from the local authorities by Lagenda.

It said the cessation of LoA would have an impact on its the revenue and profit.
