The warrants are so in the money that surely it has to gap up? At 84c exercise price + RM1.41 warrant price = RM2.25 .... when the mother share is trading even high at RM2.41 ......

Plantation owners WILL SPEND MORE money because they want to produce more fruits to make more money to feel more happy

I think the company resell treasury share is to raise money to meet the cash portion for taking over Nylex. Wheareas the directors take up shares is they see the value of Ancom shares.
