TM cheats.
100mbps when first promoted was without IPTV.
You need IPTV, you pay 30 extra.

Now I received my first TM bill for 100mbps.
They charged me extra 30 ringgit.
Made complaint, and they said now they have bundled IPTV, regardless you want it or not.

Terms and conditions were altered on 14 Oct 2018.
Whereas when I signed up mid Sept.

Don't be misled by their promotion.
They cheat.
They are not providing you with copy of contract that rm 10 stamp duty was charged to your account.

If they can cheat for 10 ringgit per customer, surely they can cheat on dividend, if any, to be declared.

Losing money means they are not in position to declare any dividend.
Find your exit door now.

Previously my package was Rm 129 per month plus the tv thing. 10 mbps only. Now I upgraded to 30mbps without the tv thing is Rm 54.95 only! Dunno why you kena so expensive one la?

@ks55, Old customer like me paying RM40 for their tv. New customer like ur self only need to pay RM30 for “exact same thing”! What type of discriminative pricing is that? That’s my question!!!

Can’t they just give us RM10 discount without us asking? But I asked. And TM offered to give me new price IF I sign another 2 yrs with them. Hehe... v dun even watch that damn thing! Why tie ourselves with them?So v rather get cheated @ RM100 a month ( for whole package) than committing to such long term relationship. :((
