tm service very lousy, if u complain about any technical issue, it would take days or week for their technician to ractify...lazy and not competent, most of the time

my first tm recommendation was below 2.22 now after all the disasters i recommend safe buy in at below 1.8 , buy at your own risk if you interested in telco

When u think TM is a bad company, then u need to think what is the effect when TM gone? Ur house area wifi then would immediately gone as well? The nfrastructure cost is too high not many company can afford it. Their management sure has some problem, but i think if they cooperate well with government sure can solve many of their problems.

TM wants to justify their high charges for low speed internet, hence they decided to simply impair their network assets. As you know, impairment is subjective and since they are pressured to lower their prices, they decided to full in on the impairment. Its just their way of telling the government to back off, and the customers in Malaysia to go fly kite.
