What if TA starts disposal all Foreign Assets and Cash out One by One like Little Bay for the next 7 years?

And if repeated for 7 years good results?

@calvintaneng, since you are from Singapore, can you check on the status of YTL land's development, 3 Orchard By The Park in Orchard area? The building work has been completed last year but not launched yet. Since Singaporean property market has improved a lot since last year, can you check whether the project will be launched soon?

我刚看完TA年报，它去年的酒店业就贡献了集团44%的盈利，相信今年的酒店盈利贡献只会更好。若今年卖产业贡献10分EPS的话，酒店业务能够贡献5分EPS的话，那2018年至少也有15分的EPS 打底。

理论上，它的股息还能够维持下去，股价回到65分水平的机率还是相当高的。

荷兰客栈 yeah that's right. Sometimes better to hold and wait when market is turbulent. In this case TA is paying double the FD rate, so nothing to complain. If every year can pay dividend like this can hold forever. Sampai mati also can hold. Give to the children, they can keep.

singh1 ，我也是这样想的，目前不少2、3线股都跌了50%以上的时候离场，是不理智的，相对而言，把手头上的票换成更有潜质的公司会是更好的选择。我认为现阶段是逐步买入价值股的好时机，只要做好风险管理，慢慢买，只要熬过这一次的调整，就能够有大丰收了。
