这一年的ROE从9.58提升到12.82 是由于净利率大大提升 越南低成本效应及管理效能好。
NTA从1.39,1.50,1.65 的提升显示公司长期持续稳定赚钱 在加上40%的派息政策显示管理层善待股东。如果以NTA做为估值 那TP就是Rm1.65。 明年ROE13的话 NTA1.75-1.80 加上派息。
如果以PE估值 21.16x PE8 = Rm1.69
2008年 TPPA效应 你就会很麻烦！！赚钱多到很麻烦 哈哈哈！

Fastener product 比往年跌4点多巴仙 但是 Wire Product 升了50%

If you know well with the Chin Well management, you will know the way they run the business very transparent. Whenever there is any issue facing by the business, they will clarify with the shareholder immediately (i.e. WTO remove EU anti dumping tax on China)

Indirectly, it means the Vietnam pollution is just a very very very small case, that why Chinwell didn't make any announcement on it.

And looks at the business growth as well as the cash pile, and the dividend policy, I like this company very much!!!

Chin Well is now negotiating with a US customers to conclude a 30 container per month deal for do-it-yourself (DIY) fasteners for a 10 month period, which is renewable yearly.

“Given today’s selling price of fasteners, the 30 containers is worth about US$500,000.

“The demand for DIY fasteners has increased in UK and Europe as more people are undertaking renovation work for their homes,” Tsai adds. Chin Well is also negotiating to conclude a major deal with a US customer to sell grill mesh by its subsidiary Chin Herr.

i advise you to sell chinwel now while the price is still good. next quarter onward you will see the profit of this counter declining at least for the coming one or 2 years

no European countries want to trust a company that had buried all the industrial waste in the ground and drained all the waste water into the river and caused big environmental problem

a wise investor always avoids a company with an unethical record because anytime he can send you to Holland

it is true, based on my own tracking, he start accumulate CHinwell from RM1.80++ all the way to RM2.20++ last year. But I'm not sure whether he has dispose it or not, because the share price drop significantly from Rm2.30 to RM1.40, I guess he is the one who dispose it, because only him got such volume.
