52 weeks high is 1.41. Without dividend that time. Nxt QR profit will boom somemore. The one off gain from the land disposal will reflect in its income statement for the next 2 qr.

No wonder they go punting in hot air useless balloon stocks and eventually 90% confirmed to make losses or at best break even only

Only the very few and rare 10% understand

Naim stated it will be giving 18 sen dividend within 12 months

We were given impression that 18 sen will be paid in full lump sum

But today only 9.9 sen is given as interim dividend

That means that another 8.1 sen will be given as final dividend later

That is still 18 sen net

Only in 2 times

Like they serve food in 2 courses

1. They serve wahyu beef steak

2. Then after that they serve lobster

So name 9.9 sen is beef steak
Followed by 8.1 sen as lobster

Both added up will be 18 sen

Hahaha of course Calvin expected one time

But what if several time ?

Does not matter at all if 18 sen totalled up withing 12 months or earlier

Calvin once put money in 5 year FD at 4.5% interest rate with Ambank

Only after 5 years patiently waiting finally I got 22.5%

Now Naim at 86 sen with 18 sen dividend is almost 21% in one year or less

Plus Ambank no longer such high FD rate of 4% now

At best Ambank could offer near 2% FD rate

SO I HAVE PUT ALL CASH INTO NAIM INSTEAD OF BANK FD

Let's compare

Naim versus Zhulian dividend

Zhulian latest dividend = 9 sen
Zhulian current price = Rm1.48

Divided 9/148 = 6% dividend

Naim latest dividend = 9.9 + 8.1 E

Total dividend 18 sen
Naim current price 86 sen

Dividend 18/86 = 20.9%

This shows that Naim 20.9% dividend beats Zhulian 6% dividend hands down by a Whopping 248% more

Naim is the clear winner !!!

Naim at 86 sen giving 18 sen dividend which yield 20.9%

Naim at 86 sen has NAV or net asset value of Rm2.60

These net assets are industrial lands, shares of Dayang, perdana and others which can be sold to unlock further value to give out future dividend or capital repayment

Zulain at Rm1.48 with only NTA of Rm1.30 has no margin of safety

Naim will rise up and overtake Zhulian now

Naim will see tremendous growth from here
