Very good morning all

Clearing off the naysayers distraction remember these facts

1. Naim at 86 sen with Nta of Rm2.60 is selling at 67 per cent discount. Huge margin of safety

2. Naim gave 9.9 sen interim dividend will be followed by another 8.1 sen final dividend

Total 18 sen which is almost 21 per cent yield.
10 times better than bank fd

3. Of the 68 sen from land sales 22 sen is profit. So Naim will register a 25.5 per cent earning a share

Also rumour has it that Bank Negara might again cut interest rate from 1.75% to 1.5% or 1.25%

Best is to follow USA cut interest rate to zero

It will help the economy

So no use keeping money in banks

Many will then wake up and rush to buy Naim for 20% yield
