So 90% of other Naim holders don't know unless

They read Naim proposal or voted in Egm

Or call madam Ong Siew Lian Naim Secretary

So many remisiers also don't know

So those who sell now will really regret later

1. Dividend of 18sen - announcement date 07/11/2020
2. Estimated property sales of RM200 mil for NAIM’s 25th anniversary offering that will end December 2020.
3. Naim IBS plant in Miri, JV with Gamuda IBS to start Q1,2021
4 New 500 units of affordable house project in Miri, state government of Sarawak.
5. Confirmed New Kuching Timberland hospital, JV with Timberland group, Q2/Q3, 2021

For RM0.90/share, ridiculously undervalued. NAIM will shine very very soon.

Rarely that we see NAIM’s MD and Chairman dispose off their shares. NAIM is their baby. Datuk Hasmi is a well respected property tycoon in Sarawak. He is firm in decision and farsighted.

Why need borrow when it is overflowing in Cash and paying all happy holders 18 sen dividend

If got 1,000 share of Naim can get Rm180 dividend

Naim sale of lands for 3 good reasons

1. To unlock land value
By selling Naim gets 68 sen
Profit from land appreciation is 22 sen

2. Land sold to Sarawak Govt to develop chemical plant will create jobs. So Naim build houses next door will sell like hot cakes

3. To reward SHAREHOLDERS with 18 sen dividend

Mikecyc go and repeat this 100 times daily till it gets into your head
