Evergreen dun know how to do business......if like tht better put cash into FD loh....if not lose more money again...LMAO at least FD earns this loser Evergreen some 3% and above interest loh...LMAO....
Evergreen's business earn only 2.39% profit margins only. If use the cash put into FD also easily earn more than 3% lah....aiyo.....Malu shame shame loh...!!!
Alamak, itu sozai CKCS still in sick r,so bad,pls ,dun give up uself, keep take Medicine, and keep some dignity for uself,or atleast for u family, dun keep buang their muka, need know felt malu ma
I hold the shares also but I find ckcs does have a point because in the end we r looking for profit than trapped in it. Who lose or win, we can see it.
When EPF was a substantial shareholder of EFB in April 2010, only their internal fund managers handled their EFB shares. But as of 28 August 2017, 19.566m shares of their 5.176% holdings in EFB are being managed by four external funds.
So the big boys are in already. Hardly surprising though. Time to accumulate more again.
We are only at 0.55X P/BV. As long as ROE goes back above 6%, price will move up. If ROE can return to the glory days of double digit (i.e. 11% ROE), then we are looking at the share price doubling/tripling up.
My concern is that its net profit margin is 4-5% only. Go take a look at Mieco , impressive 2 digit net profit margin. Work so hard for what if you only earn so little. Same principle applies, why not buy Mieco or Pohuat where Net profit margin is much better than Evergreen
Until then, the price will be hovering around 70-80 cents. Very likely below 70 cents when resultof next qtr to be released on mid November as still showing a dissapointing red.
Giantman, are you really ex staff? July and Aug running red, really?? Aug accounts ended not 2 weeks ago, I am not even sure if the existing staff know of Aug results. You even know Sep results even though we are not even half way through Sept. BTW, I hear from EXISTING staff that their particleboard plant is churning out good output volume. I'll keep in mind your comment that Jul & Aug red but Sep will be black.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

from what everyone has said above, it looks like this stock will not perform in the next few months.
